Several years ago, we began to notice an interesting trend in enterprise and business applications. As these applications continued to evolve, they were becoming more feature-laden and complex. But the user experience they provided was not keeping pace. And even the most sophisticated features lose their value if the user experience supporting them is confusing or unfriendly.

It was clear to us that the providers of enterprise software needed help in making their products' user experience the best it possibly could be. Yet there were surprisingly few places that could offer the right expertise.

Three steps to a better User Experience.
In March of 2005, UEVision was founded to provide that expertise. UEVision’s first client was Network General, the developer of "Sniffer" network monitoring solutions. In the months that followed, as more companies became aware of our services, we had the opportunity to employ our three-phase process to design, or re-design, the user experience for products by companies such as Oracle, BMC, Blue Shield, and VISA, to name a few.

We soon realized that we could use our UE and design skills to dramatically improve the user experience for more than just enterprise applications.
